Enhancing the efficiency of the condominium in order to reduce energy consumption and improve energy performance over time through optimal energy management.
Proposing an all-round energy service with work benefiting from the 110% Superbonus and the 90% facade bonus for energy efficiency work, and management of the Energy Service for a period of 10 years.
