GETEC Marks International Women's Day 2024 with Launch of Female Leadership initiative

As a company, we believe in diversity as a strategic advantage, as diverse teams bring diverse perspectives and ideas, and foster creativity and innovation. We aim to create an inclusive and collaborative workplace that reflects and better supports our diverse customers and communities.
This international Women's Day we honor the critical role women play in driving innovation and leadership across all industries. In particular, we aim for 60% gender parity by 2030 and we are acting accordingly towards this objective. Our commitment to gender parity is not just about recognition—it is about taking action.
We are therefore proud to announce the launch of our GETEC Leadership Circle of Outstanding Women, aiming at actively empowering our top female leaders to become outspoken role models and drivers of change.
The initiative launched last week and set the stage for a 15-month journey. Until 2025, our participating female leaders will be invited to keynote speeches and training sessions aiming to develop and evolve their leadership profile.
We are committed to creating an environment where every talent can succeed. This initiative is a signal to all of us across the GETEC group: Diverse teams that integrate women's professionalism, resilience, and creativity, are essential to our culture of innovation. We are ensuring that women's voices shape our future.
